The Korean music industry is well developed and has a lot of fans abroad. Agencies are searching for new talents everywhere. Foreigners with outstanding skills might climb the recruitment steps and become an idol. Several agencies are officially stating their intentions to include foreigners in their groups.
Sadly however, we have yet to see an Indian girl as a Kpop idol.
